キャンセルポリシー

当方では、提灯座 / CHOCHIN-ZA における飲食店営業、ならびに、なのるなもないにおける出張料理・ケータリング等のご予約について、以下のキャンセルポリシーを定めております。

ご予約の確定をもって、本キャンセルポリシーに同意いただいたものといたします。

キャンセル・変更について

ご予約のキャンセル、日程変更、人数変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。

食材の仕入れ、席の確保、仕込み、スタッフ手配、会場準備等の都合上、ご予約日が近いタイミングでのキャンセル・変更については、キャンセル料を請求する場合があります。

体調不良、けが、交通事情、ご予定の変更等、お客様都合によるキャンセルにつきましても、本キャンセルポリシーの対象となります。

ただし、災害、交通機関の大規模な停止、行政からの要請、その他やむを得ない事情によりご来店またはサービス提供が困難となった場合は、個別に協議のうえ対応いたします。

提灯座 / CHOCHIN-ZA のキャンセルポリシー

提灯座 / CHOCHIN-ZA では、季節によりキャンセル料の設定が異なります。

冬季営業期間

◯対象期間：12月〜3月末まで

ご予約日の３日前から：お一人様 1,000円
ご予約日の２日前から：お一人様 3,000円 
当日のキャンセル：お一人様 5,000円 
無断キャンセル / No-show：お一人様 5,000円

人数変更がある場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。 当日の人数減少についても、

減少人数分のキャンセル料を請求する場合があります。

夏季・グリーンシーズン営業期間

◯対象期間：4月〜11月末まで

前日までのキャンセル：無料
当日キャンセル：お一人様 1,000円 
無断キャンセル / No-show：お一人様 1,000円

人数変更がある場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。

 当日の人数減少についても、減少人数分のキャンセル料を請求する場合があります。

クレジットカード登録について

ご予約確定のため、Stripeを通じたクレジットカード情報の登録をお願いする場合がございます。

ご予約時点では決済は行われません。 キャンセルポリシーに該当する場合のみ、ご登録いただいたカードへキャンセル料を請求いたします。

なのるなもない / 出張料理・ケータリングのキャンセルポリシー

なのるなもないの出張料理、ケータリング、イベント出店等については、食材の仕入れ、仕込み、スタッフ手配、移動、会場準備等の都合上、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

ご予約日の8日前まで：無料 
ご予約日の7日前から：コース料金の10% 
ご予約日の3日前から：コース料金の50% 
当日キャンセル：コース料金の100%

人数変更がある場合は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。 人数変更の時期や内容により、食材費・準備費・人件費等の都合上、お見積金額の変更、またはキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。

また、特別な食材の仕入れ、外部スタッフの手配、遠方出張、会場準備等がすでに発生している場合は、上記期間にかかわらず、実費相当分を請求する場合があります。

返金について

サービス提供後の返金は、原則としてお受けできません。

事前決済後のキャンセル・返金については、本キャンセルポリシーに基づき対応いたします。

当方の都合によりサービス提供ができなくなった場合は、日程変更、代替対応、または返金について個別に協議のうえ対応いたします。

天候・災害・交通事情等によるキャンセル

台風、大雪、地震、災害、交通機関の大規模な停止、行政からの要請、その他やむを得ない事情により、ご来店またはサービス提供が困難となった場合は、個別に協議のうえ対応いたします。

ただし、すでに食材の仕入れ、スタッフ手配、会場準備等が発生している場合は、実費相当分をご負担いただく場合があります。

Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to reservations for CHOCHIN-ZA, as well as private dining, catering, and event services provided by Nanorunamonai.

By completing a reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel, change the date, or change the number of guests, please contact us as early as possible.

Due to ingredient preparation, seat availability, food preparation, staffing, venue arrangements, and other necessary preparations, cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or changes.

Cancellations due to illness, injury, transportation issues, schedule changes, or other personal reasons are also subject to this cancellation policy.

However, if it becomes difficult to visit or provide the service due to natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, government requests, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will discuss the matter on a case-by-case basis.

CHOCHIN-ZA cancellation policy

Cancellation fees for CHOCHIN-ZA vary depending on the season.

Winter season

Applicable period: December to the end of March

Cancellations made 4 days or more before the reservation date: Free of charge 

Cancellations made from 3 days before the reservation date: ¥1,000 per person

 Cancellations made from 2 days before the reservation date: ¥3,000 per person

 Same-day cancellations: ¥5,000 per person

 No-shows: ¥5,000 per person

Please contact us in advance if you need to change the number of guests. 

Same-day reductions in the number of guests may also be subject to the cancellation fee for the reduced number of guests.

Green season

Applicable period: April to the end of November

Cancellations made by the day before the reservation date: Free of charge 

Same-day cancellations: ¥1,000 per person 

No-shows: ¥1,000 per person

Please contact us in advance if you need to change the number of guests. 

Same-day reductions in the number of guests may also be subject to the cancellation fee for the reduced number of guests.

Card registration

We may require secure card registration through Stripe to confirm your reservation.

No payment will be charged at the time of booking. 

The cancellation fee will only be charged to the registered card if this cancellation policy applies.

Nanorunamonai private dining and catering cancellation policy

For private dining, catering, and event services by Nanorunamonai, cancellation fees apply due to ingredient sourcing, food preparation, staffing, travel, venue arrangements, and other necessary preparations.

The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellations made 8 days or more before the reservation date: Free of charge

 Cancellations made from 7 days before the reservation date: 10% of the course fee 

Cancellations made from 3 days before the reservation date: 50% of the course fee

 Same-day cancellations: 100% of the course fee 

No-shows: 100% of the course fee

Please contact us in advance if you need to change the number of guests. 

Depending on the timing and details of the change, the estimated total amount may change, or cancellation fees may apply due to ingredient costs, preparation costs, staffing costs, and other arrangements.

If special ingredients, external staff, long-distance travel, venue preparation, or other arrangements have already been made, actual costs may be charged regardless of the cancellation timing.

Refunds

Refunds after the service has been provided are not available.

For cancellations after advance payment, refunds will be handled according to this cancellation policy.

If we are unable to provide the service due to our own circumstances, we will discuss rescheduling, alternative arrangements, or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Weather, disasters, and transportation issues

If it becomes difficult to visit or provide the service due to typhoons, heavy snow, earthquakes, natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, government requests, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will discuss the matter on a case-by-case basis.

However, if ingredients, staff, venue preparation, or other costs have already been arranged, actual costs may be charged.
